15-Day Return Policy
Eligibility & General Conditions
GP GROUP HOLDINGS PTY LIMITED provides a 15-day return policy for qualifying vehicles and machinery under the following terms and conditions:
- Full Reimbursement: Customers are entitled to a 100% refund of the purchase price, excluding any non-refundable costs such as administrative, processing, tax, or reconditioning fees.
- Price Limit: Refunds are capped at 104% of the Hour Meter Wholesale National Average Price at the time of purchase.
- Eligible Buyers: Available exclusively to individuals and registered dealers within Australia who purchase vehicles or machinery located in Australia.
Eligible Vehicles & Machinery
To be eligible for return, the vehicle or machinery must satisfy the following requirements:
- Condition: Must be free from any structural damage.
- Minimum Purchase Value: The sales price must be at least $1,000 AUD.
- Weight Requirement: For machinery, the minimum Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) is 1,000 kg.
- Eligible Categories: Applies to, but is not limited to:
- Agricultural and construction machinery
- Commercial and industrial vehicles
- Off-road units, ATVs, and forklifts
- Heavy- and medium-duty trucks
- Trailers and transport units
- Condition of Sale: Items sold “As Is” remain eligible for return provided they meet all other criteria.
Return Terms & Conditions
Return Period & Usage Limits
The 15-day return period begins on the date of delivery. An item becomes ineligible for return once it exceeds any of the following limits:
- More than 20 operating hours, or
- More than 200 kilometres of usage.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our sales support team within 15 days of delivery. Our representatives will provide return instructions and confirm that your item meets eligibility requirements.
Shipping & Inspection
Return Shipping: All return transport is organised by GP GROUP HOLDINGS PTY LIMITED using approved carriers. Inspection: Returned items must be in their original state, free from modification or damage. Restocking Fees: A restocking or repair fee may be applied if inspection reveals any alterations or damage beyond normal use.
Refund Process
Once the returned unit passes inspection and complies with all conditions, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking or service fees.
Exclusions
This return policy applies exclusively to pre-owned vehicles and machinery. Brand-new or unused equipment is not covered under this policy.
Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes arising under this policy are subject to Australian jurisdiction.
